CNVLD wheelchair athlete Van Vun wins 2 silver medals at the ASEAN Indonesia Paralympic Games 2011

 After months of highly disciplined training twice daily, leading CNVLD wheelchair athlete Van Vun is now reaping the rewards of his disciplined sports training program following his success at the 6th ASEAN Para Games, Indonesia.

Vun reached the final of the prestigious T53 100meters  wheelchair race gaining second place ( Silver) and quickly followed this success with another silver medal in the T53 200 meters. This means that Vun's efforts account for 2 of the total of the 7 medals brought home by the Cambodian team.

Vun’s success in Indonesia clearly shows that the CNVLD methodology of a highly disciplined international sports training program is the Way to Go!

With the CNVVD’s National Volleyball Team currently ranked No 2 in the World and now with Vuns silver medals in Indonesia, there is no doubt that the CNVLD athlete with a disability of Cambodia are leading Cambodia’s sporting charge on the international sporting stages. The CNVLD congratulates Vun on his success and looks ofrward to welcoming him on his return to Cambodia from Indonesia as one of the nations true sporting heroes !
