CNVLD Founding Chairman: Okhna Suor Pheng: Secretary General Christopher Minko wishes to acknowledge the immensely significant role and the mentorship of Okhna Suor Pheng since 1996 in the development of the CNVLD.  When the CNVLD registered as a Cambodian NGO in 2004, Okhna Suor Pheng became the Chairman of the organisation and remains to this day both Chairman and an inspirational leader and supporter of the aspirations of the athletes with a disability of Cambodia.
